Innovative food preparations developed with the Univeristy of Genoa

HARG is a benefit corporation that develops, produces and markets, in Italy and Europe, dehydrated texture-modified food preparations particularly suitable for people with dysphagia of varying severity.

Compared to the competition, HARG is able, by using only natural ingredients, to guarantee the same or even enriched nutrients as in a normal meal. Scientific effectiveness is ensured by R&D activities carried out in partnership with the University of Genoa.

Alongside these products, which are its core business, the company offers breakfast services and water dispensing machines as part of a European project to reduce the use of plastic.
