HARG and Dysphameal are proud to present “At the Table with Dysphagia: Causes, Consequences, and Tasteful and Safe Solutions,” a series of informative webinars dedicated to dysphagia, causes, consequences, and solutions in the everyday and hospital settings.

The purpose of this series is to increase awareness of swallowing disorders by talking to lifelong caregivers and those who live with them, to raise awareness of a little-known topic that affects more than 6 million Italians.

Friday, May 20, from 5:30 p.m. with a special guest: Claudia Malaguzzi, blogger and influencer who talks daily about her relationship with dysphagia on social media.

Every day, through her dysphagiafoods project, Claudia shares information and tips with her community on how to deal with dysphagia at the dinner table and in social occasions.

Introducing Claudia’s testimony will be Antonio Romano, head of HARG’s research and development department, who will address the origins and identification process of the disease.

OnFriday, May 27 from 5:30 p.m. the second meeting in the Webinar series dedicated to dysphagia.

In this episode, we explore the psycho-physical consequences of swallowing difficulties and their occurrence in daily life.

Speakers include Antonio Romano, head of HARG’s research and development department, Milko Zanini, UNIGE, and Dr. Alberto Costa who will bring his testimony as an RSA physician.
